“With over 17 years in tech recruiting, I have learned my passions have led my career. I have always loved a good self-help book, asking a good hard question that makes you think and a private deep conversation to get goals accomplished and troubles no longer troubling. After majoring in Psychology, a Counselor wasn’t in the cards without the MBA and I was ready to get to work. My first job was tech recruiting and over time, career counseling is what I feel I do more than anything! Solution finding has become my day to day mission! My husband and I now own a small (but mighty) full desk service to find the right passions and drive for amazing leaders and organizations.
